1. How long is a session?
   Each session will take no longer than 20 minutes. This includes the time for the scan itself, the questionnaire, and the review of your results and recommendations.
2. Does it hurt or cause damage to your skin?
   A NEXA scan does not hurt or cause any damage to the skin.
3. How often should I get a face scan?
   We recommend repeating the scan after 4 - 8 weeks to monitor improvement and get quantifiable evidence of your progress.
4. Can I wear makeup or sunscreen?
   For the most accurate results, we recommend starting with a clean face — free of makeup, sunscreen, or any other skincare products. The pharmacy can provide makeup remover and a mirror to re-apply makeup after the appointment.
