New Prescriptions, Refills & Transfers
Have your prescriber send it over, or tell us where your prescriptions are now and we'll handle the transfer.
Pharmacy
A licensed New York pharmacy at Brookfield Place — with direct pharmacist access and your coverage worked before you pick up.
Tablet Works fills new prescriptions, refills, and transfers; coordinates prior authorizations with your prescriber's office; and works your insurance so you know what you'll pay before you pick up. A pharmacist is available to speak with you directly.
Have your prescriber send it over, or tell us where your prescriptions are now and we'll handle the transfer.
We align your refill dates so your medications come due together, and we reach out before you run out.
We flag the requirement, get the paperwork to your prescriber's office, and follow up with both the office and the plan until it clears — so you're not the one chasing it.
We verify your benefit and give you the price before we fill. When eligible, we apply available manufacturer savings programs to help lower your out-of-pocket cost. These programs are not available to patients enrolled in Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, or other government-funded healthcare programs.
Our own transparent pricing model: our acquisition cost plus a flat dispensing fee, so you see what the medication costs and what we charge to fill it. Often the more affordable route when a medication isn't covered, when you're in a deductible, or when you're paying out of pocket by choice. Ask a pharmacist to price a medication for you.
When a prescriber orders a preparation that isn't commercially available, we arrange it through licensed partner pharmacies, prepared for the individual patient against a valid prescription. Frequently used in dermatology, hormone therapy, and pediatric dosing.
Seasonal and routine immunizations, by appointment or walk-in. Most are covered at no cost under your plan. Bring your insurance card and vaccination record if you have one. Immunizations →
We're in network with most Medicare Part D plans. Bring your card and we'll verify your coverage and copay before you transfer anything.
Message your pharmacist through our HIPAA-compliant patient portal, settle up from your phone, and pick up when it's ready.
Call and ask for the pharmacist. Interactions, dosing, side effects, or whether two prescribers know about each other's medications — that's the conversation we want to have.
New to Tablet Works? We set up your profile, bring over your active prescriptions, and go through everything with you so nothing slips through. Get started →
After you start a new medication, we check in to see how it's going and keep your refills on track, so therapy doesn't lapse between visits.
