Service Cancellation Policy

This Service Cancellation Policy applies to TABLET WORKS wellness service appointments, including body composition analysis, facial imaging, scan consultations, and related wellness service bookings.

This policy does not apply to retail merchandise returns, prescription services, or pharmacy transactions. Retail merchandise returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48** hours before the scheduled appointment time**.

Late Cancellations

Appointments cancelled less than 48** hours before the scheduled appointment time** may be treated as a late cancellation.

Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the appointment fee or prepaid service amount.

No-Shows

If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and do not cancel in advance, the appointment may be treated as a no-show.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

If you arrive late, TABLET WORKS may need to shorten, modify, or reschedule the appointment depending on staff availability and the appointment schedule.

Late arrival does not guarantee an extension of the appointment time and may result in forfeiture of the appointment if the service can no longer be reasonably completed.

Refunds for Eligible Cancellations

If you prepaid for a service and cancel at least 48** hours before the scheduled appointment time**, you may be eligible for a refund or appointment credit.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Service Packages, Bundles, and Credits

If you purchased a service package, bundle, or prepaid credit, missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows may result in deduction of one session from the package or forfeiture of the applicable appointment credit.

Service packages, bundles, and credits may be subject to additional terms provided at the time of purchase.

Medical and Safety Considerations

TABLET WORKS may decline, modify, or reschedule a service if we determine that the service is not appropriate at the time of the appointment due to safety, technical, operational, or other reasonable concerns.

Wellness services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or care.

Changes to This Policy

TABLET WORKS may update this Service Cancellation Policy from time to time. The current policy will be posted on our website.
